Time for The Female Body Lesson We Were Never Taught

I want to talk about the entirety of the vulva because I honestly referred to the whole area has my vagina until I was 23 years old. Most of us were never taught the differences of our reproductive system especially on the external bits. So here I am to provide you with a diagram that is very much needed.

1. Vulva- Is the name for the entire outer reproductive parts

2. Pubis- this is the the part goes from our stomach to the start of our legs. Here is where we first notice our pubic hair. It pairs our hip bones together internally but externally it is where we first notice our pubic hair.

3.. Clitoris- During our development from a fertilised egg, to a zygote to an actual sex identifying baby, the clitoris houses a lot of nerves, where majority of us can orgasm from. In a male, this becomes the head of the penis.

4. Uterthral Meatus- This is the opening to the urethra where we urinate out of every single day.

5. Vestibule- Is a thin piece of skin between the introitus and uterthral meatus.

6. Labia Majora- This is the outer bit of our vulva.

7. Labia Minora- This is the inner bit of our vulva.

8. Introitus- This is that skin you feel just before you enter into the vagina. It is smooth but has more mountain like edges than the rest of your vulva.

9. Vagina- Is this canal within the introitus that connects our internal reproductive organs to the rest of the world around us.

10. Perineum- Is the skin between the labia minor and the anus.

11. Anus- Is where your bowel movements should come out of on a daily.
